BLUE wholefoods: Blue is the Colour of the sky and sea. It is often associated with depth and stability. It symbolises trust, loyalty, wisdom, confidence, intelligence, faith, truth and heaven. It is considered beneficial to the mind and body. It slows human metabolism and produces a calming effect. Eat plenty of foods in the blue spectrum like Blueberries, Plums, Purple Grapes and eggplant.
