Natural Sunlight

Natural sunlight is absolutely essential for optimum health - and without it, you are far more susceptible to cancer, depression, obesity, osteoporosis and many other diseases. Sunlight provides vital nutrients that help the body maintain a high state of health and wellbeing.
But what about sunburn, you ask?
Yes, prolonged time in the sun will cause burn if your skin is not used to it, so take it easy and build your exposure up gradually over time. Eat plenty of fresh fruit and vegetables and avoid excessive consumption of processed foods like soft drinks, white flour, refined sugars and other similar substances. You'll feel energized and your skin will love you for it.
See you next week,
