SunScreen

There is growing evidence to suggest that the skin cancer epidemic is an exploited pharmaceutical myth. I know that sounds unbelievable but finally we’re starting to see published articles questioning the validity of the 30 year old slip, slop, slap campaign. Why? Because the incidence of skin cancer is rising, NOT declining. So now finally, one of modern medicine’s most fundamental beliefs is rightfully being challenged: the belief that people who expose themselves to sunlight, need to coat themselves with sunscreen to protect themselves from the “harmful” UV rays of the sun. What if doing that, actually contributes to far more medical treatments and cancers than it prevents? And what if sunlight provides vital nutrients that human beings have thrived on since the beginning of time. What if the problem is not sunshine at all? Have a very Merry Christmas and keep safe,
Don.

Yellow Wholefoods

You may recall me talking about this before...Wholefoods are colored the way they are for a specific reason. Each color group has meaning and can influence how you feel. Let's take a look at YELLOW wholefoods: Yellow is the color of sunshine. It’s associated with joy, happiness, intellect and energy! It produces a warming effect, arouses cheerfulness, stimulates mental activity and generates muscle energy. Eat plenty of foods in the yellow, plant food spectrum like Corn, Lemons, Pineapple and a summer favorite - Mangoes! See you next week,
Don.
