Significantly lower your risk for blood clots and reduce the amounts of fats in your blood
Reduce the risk of cancer and heart disease
Prevent cataracts and muscular degeneration - a leading cause of blindnessKiwi Fruit are brilliant for infant growth, bone strength, brain development and building your immunity. They are also commonly prescribed in Chinese traditional medicine to treat stomach and breast cancer.
I've had a fantastic week touring Australia and want to thank everyone who came along to share the evening with me in Brisbane, Sydney, Melbourne and Perth. I can't wait to be back in November for my BootCamp weekends.

Organic Produce

When it comes to organic vs non-organic produce, don't make it complex!
Even if it were true that conventional produce had a consistently lower nutrient level (it typically doesn't) an organic diet is not necessary for good nutrition. You'll usually pay twice as much for organic produce which doesn't equal twice the benefit.
I believe that the best thing you can do is either grow your own food or buy from local growers (organic if possible) within a 100 mile (160km) radius from where you live. That way you'll be getting the freshest, most nutrient dense, raw, in season foods on the planet. Not something that is grown and picked before it was ripe, possible put into cold storage and then shipped a thousand miles to get to you.
Until next week, enjoy!
